My Discover ∙ Recover ∙ Grow Journey began in 2005. A deep desire to understand who I was along with a series of life events ignited the journey.

Temperament Discovery was the key to understanding that I was intentionally created with the temperament that I have, which helped me see that while I was different than others in my family, I did not need to be ashamed of the differences or try to hide them. 

That understanding created freedom that helped me to accept my loved ones, learn from our differences, and not try to fix them. 

This also led to the realization that I love teaching, consulting, and walking with people who are ready to take the journey of self ∙ formation, soul ∙ healing, and spiritual ∙ transformation. 

I have earned a master's degree in psychology, I have been certified in temperaments, studied enneagram extensively along with other personality typing systems.

I am currently living in Savannah GA, with Julio, my husband.

I am a mother to 3 grown children, a mother in love to their spouses, and "Yaya" to 5 little darlings.

When not I am not creating or consulting,

I am exploring GA and beyond with my husband or spending time with our family and friends.
